Once you have selected your caregiver, you will move forward with the schedule in your request. We ensure final details are confirmed for care to begin.
Step 5: Ongoing Support
Care on Cue remains available as your trusted resource for future care needs. Whether your schedule changes or you need extra help, we make each new request stress-free.
Placement Process and Pricing
At Care on Cue, we believe finding childcare should feel manageable, not overwhelming. Our pricing is designed to be clear, fair, and accessible so you can focus on finding the right care for your family.
Booking Your Search
We’ve kept our booking fee low so families can begin their search without added stress. This allows us to start finding care that fits your needs.
Flat Booking Fee
$45
- What’s included: Family consultation, understanding your schedule and care needs, sourcing available caregivers, basic screening and vetting, coordinating interviews or bookings.
Your booking fee is applied toward your placement so you only pay the difference. Your search will remain active for 30 days during which we’ll work closely with you. If additional time is needed, we’re happy to continue your search with a simple reactivation option.
The Placement Fee
Our one-time placement fees are based on the type of care and hours needed so you only pay for the level of support your family requires.

Placement fees are currently waived as we grow our nanny network.
Short-Term Care (2–8 Hours)
$25–$50 per placement
- Short-term care is designed for families who need reliable, flexible support for a few hours at a time. Ideal for: Date nights, appointments or errands, backup care, occasional daytime support.
Temporary / Multi-Day Care
$75–$150 per placement
- For when you need short-term, reliable childcare support across multiple days. Ideal for: School breaks or holidays, temporary schedule changes, recovery periods or short-term work needs.
Long-Term Care (Ongoing Weekly Care)
Starts at $500 per placement
- For families looking for part-time or full-time nanny support. Includes: Thoughtful caregiver matching, guidance on pay, help with onboarding, check-ins, and ongoing support if needed.
Placement fees are only due once your family has selected a nanny. Flexible payment options are available and encouraged for long-term care.
If a placement is not secured, no additional fees apply.
